A NEUTRAL pH
A neutral pH equates to a coffee gentle enough for even the most sensitive of stomachs.
High in desired “acidity” (the specific terminology used to describe the flavor of a coffee’s brightness or “bite”) but neutral in acid levels or pH.
Like a Bordeaux wine, Irazú Estate Coffee is delicately balanced and perfectly rich, ideal for even the most sensitive of palettes.
